How to Find Your Perfect Bangle Size

Getting the right fit on your custom bangles is the best feeling! They slide on smoothly and glide up and down as they bangle around all day. So what's the trick to getting that perfect fit?

It's your knuckles!

Most people measure their wrist when sizing a bangle, but your bangle has to slide over your hand to get there. That's why I size every Wildstone bangle to your knuckle circumference, here's how to get it at home.

What you'll need

A soft tape measure or a strip of paper and a ruler. That's it.

How to measure

  1. Make a fist and tuck your thumb inside your fingers
  2. Wrap your tape measure or paper strip around the widest part of your knuckles
  3. Note where it meets & that's your measurement
  4. If using paper, mark the spot and lay it flat against a ruler

Your measurement in inches or centimeters both work. Add your measurement right on the product page when you order.

Buying a bangle as a gift?

Here are a few options that work really well:

Measure secretly. Find an existing bracelet and measure the inside diameter.

Go with the average. Most fall between 7 and 8 inches so a measurement of 7.5 inches is a safe middle ground.

Ask directly. Honestly the most reliable option! You can frame it as needing the size for a surprise without giving away what it is.

Choose a gift card. If you truly can't get a measurement, a Wildstone gift card lets them order their perfect fit. Available in the shop!

Every Wildstone bangle is custom made to your measurement right here in my St. Pete studio. That's not something you'll find at the mall.
