Your questions,
answered.

Everything you need to know before, during, and after your order. Still have a question? Reach out anytime.

Ordering

Pieces that are ready to ship and will be on their way within 2 days. Made-to-order pieces, including rings and bangles, ship within 7 to 14 days.

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it home.

Not at this time. Wildstone Silver ships within the United States only.

Sizing

Please, please don't. Rings are made to order and non-returnable, and not all rings can be resized.

If you're local to St. Pete, come see me and I'll size you. You can also stop by a jeweler to have your finger professionally sized, or read my Ring Sizing Guide for tips on getting the right fit at home.

Bangles are a little more forgiving than rings, but getting the right size makes all the difference. Your bangle needs to fit over the widest part of your hand while still sitting comfortably on your wrist.

Follow my Bangle Sizing Guide to measure at home. If you're local to St. Pete, you're also welcome to come by the studio and I'll size you.

Returns and Repairs

I want you to love the jewelry you choose and feel good about wearing it. If something isn't quite right, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving it.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please reach out before sending anything back so I can provide the return address and instructions.

Made-to-order rings and personalized pieces are final sale because they're made specifically for you. Made-to-order bangles may be returned or exchanged within the 7-day window.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

I put my whole heart into every piece I make. If something fails because of a craftsmanship issue, reach out and send me a photo and we'll figure it out together.

Jewelry lives in the real world, on bodies, in pockets, near curious pets, and I can't be responsible for damage caused by accidents, misuse or normal wear and tear. Treat it with love and it'll love you back.

Caring for Your Silver

Keep your pieces out of pools and hot tubs, as the chemicals will oxidize your metals and speed up tarnishing. It's also a good idea to put your jewelry on last, after perfume and lotion.

Sterling will naturally tarnish over time, and that's okay. The way it wears and ages is part of its beauty. I wear mine every single day. Living in Florida, I've learned the pool and hot tub are where we draw the line, but everything else is fair game.

Every order comes with a silver polishing cloth and anti-tarnish storage bag to keep your pieces looking their best.

Yes. Everything here is handmade by me, from my hands to yours. You can read more about me and the Wildstone story on the About page.
